This is the first step on your English-language journey at Siam University International College. The course builds the four core skills—listening, speaking, reading and writing—through real-life tasks and interactive pair-work. By the end of the semester you will be able to:

• Hold a 5-minute conversation on everyday topics (family, travel, studies).
• Write clear 150-word paragraphs with accurate punctuation and sentence structure.
• Understand the main ideas of simplified news articles and short videos.
• Pronounce key vowel and consonant sounds so that others understand you easily.

Assessment is continuous: weekly mini-quizzes (30%), two oral tasks (20%), mid-term test (20%) and final portfolio (30%). No final exam—your best work counts.

Who should join? Students placed at A1-A2 (CEFR) or anyone who wants to rebuild the basics with confidence.
